Sys-Mac Becomes a Subsidiary of Zicom Holdings Pte Ltd

Zicom Group Ltd (“ZGL”) is a leading specialist equipment manufacturer and niche engineering service provider with core expertise in mechanical, hydraulics, precision, and instrumentation engineering. Its various businesses utilize their core expertise to manufacture offshore marine deck machinery, fluid regulating and metering stations, transit concrete mixers, foundation and geotechnical equipment, hydraulics drive systems, and automated equipment for precision applications. ZGL is listed in the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).

Zicom Holdings Pte Ltd (“ZHPL”) is based in Singapore and owns 51% of Sys-Mac. The acquisition allows exploration into building synergy in Engineering expertise within the Group, as well as strengthening the corporate and financial aspects of Sys-Mac.
