Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:
Visit customers frequently and build up a good relationship with them.
Continually penetrate and looking for new customer base.
Upon receiving enquiry (Drawing) follow up with quotation to client after review with
Production Planner and Production Supervisor.
Follow up closely to close the sales after the quotation.
Upon receiving purchase order, create Sales Order (SO) from system and obtain
approval from Department Head.
Prepare the drawing and PC to the Production Planner for loading. SO and PD will be forward
to admin officer.
Update the Document control in soft copy upon loading of each order.
Fill up the customer Enquiry Form and conduct contract review for new order only.
Upon completion of order, instruct Admin Officer to prepare DO & INV to facilitate the
delivery of the finished product.
Send a Customer Satisfaction Survey Form to customers and compile, analyze and take
necessary action fulfil customer needs.
Prepare quotations and proposals for Precision Metal Parts and Engineering Application.
Attend to sales enquiries, prepare and follow-up quotations and proposals.
Explore new commercial customers clientele.
Requirement:
Preferably 3 to 5 years experience in metal machining industry.
Able to communicate well and good in understanding mechanical drawing.
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical /Manufacturing Engineering field
Ability to analyse and solve technical problems, make technical proposals.
Outgoing and dynamic personality.
Possess driving license.
Applying mechanical knowledge to precision engineered products.
