Responsibilities:

Coordination works such as prepare quotations, sales order processing, invoices, purchase
orders, shipping documents.
Attend to phone/fax/e-mail enquiries and walk-in customers, and follow up on enquiries.
Liaise with freight forwarder on shipments.
Ensure timely deliveries for customer orders.
You will assist Sales Managers with administration functions, co-ordinating the machine order
process ensuring sales order is managed internally from quotation to delivery.
You will also be a key contact for customers providing them with advice and assistance
where necessary.

Requirement:

Pleasant personality with good customer service skills.
Able to communicate well and good in understanding mechanical drawing.
Diploma in Mechanical /Manufacturing Engineering field or equivalent.
Applying mechanical knowledge to precision engineered products.
