Responsibilities:

Establish, implement and maintain the quality management system of the company.
Liase of the company for certification and surveillance audits.
Carry out policies and procedures as detailed in the Quality Manual.
Provide directive in QA in meeting Management objectives.
Monitor overall company quality KPI and report to Management during reviews.
Implement and maintain a system of auditing the facility/system as well as the periodic
calibration test of equipments.
Administer plant control of nonconforming materials.
Manage customer complaints, corrective and preventive action program and continual
improvements.
Participate in monitoring of supplier and sub-con.
Initiate request for purchasing of QA equipments and supplies.
Review and approve QC reports.
Plan training for QA personnel.

Requirement:

Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in Quality Management Systems.
Experience in ISO 9001:2000 systems.
Preferable with experience as QMR and related Lead Auditor qualifications.
Able to work independently.
