Re-Certification to ISO 9001:2008
ISO 9001:2008, was published on 14 Nov 2008. It contains clarifications of the preceding edition, the ISO 9001:2000 and includes changes to improve compatibility with ISO 14001:2004. ISO 9001 : 2008 aims to enhance customer satisfaction through effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement and the assurance of conformity to customer and meeting statutory and regulatory requirements.
