Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Product Development Team.
Define, Conceptualize, Design and Implement mechanical modules to meet the overall
product requirements.
Improve existing machinery/mechanism design.
Perform FMEA of Mechanisms and related machine processes.
Interact with suppliers for best pricing and sizing of parts.
Interact with manufacturing for the best process, material and treatment for all fabrication
parts.
Generate Assembly drawings and Detailed drawings using Pro E wildfire 3.
Generate Pneumatic circuit drawings.
Generate Bill of Materials.
Follow through during assembly and testing phase.
Follow through until the mechanism is successfully tested and the machine is bought of .
Work closely with the Product Engineer for a Continous Improvement program based on
customer feedback.


Requirement:

5 yrs + experience in machine/mechanisms design using ProE.
Semiconductor Machinery Experience preferred.
Should be well versed with Design FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis)
calculations and component detailed drawings.
Hands on Machine assembly background preferred.
Familiar with materials, machining processes.
Designing skill level should be for DFM(Design for Manufacturing) and DFA(Design for
Assembly).
