Logistics Assistant

Responsibilities:


Coordinate with relevant parties for shipment schedule and deliveries.
Ensure receiving items are correct and complete with the accompanyinh documents and
strictly following the documented Work Instruction and Procedures.
Notify Logistics Officer for any discrepancy for receiving items as well as for the items
to be returned.
Label goods received and ensure proper storage of goods as required.
Coordinate with Accounts and Admin Department for payment processing of the
items purchased or sub-contracted.
Ensure that the storage area and the goods are properly maintained.
Coordinate with Production Planner to prepare required Sub-con PO.
Issue materials to requestor/sub-contractor and ensure completeness of required
documents and approval.
Verify the completeness of received goods from suppliers.
Receive and issue materials in Logistic Department.

Requirement:

Min GCE N Level or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in logistics related environment, preferably gained
in transportation industries.
Computer literate.
