HR Executive / Officer

Responsibilities:


Execute recruitment and hiring as necessary, following the documented procedures.
Process documents for newly hire including appointment letter, work permit, employment
pass and etc.
Propose, consolidate and execute all trainings for the employees following the documented
procedures.
Handle corporate documentation such as bulding permit, factory licence and etc.
Maintain company infrastractures in good condition and initiate repair/replacement as
necessary.
Update amendments of the Employment Act and other regulations that will affect the
company.
Propose and improve general welfare for employees, if possible.
Administer compensation and benefits of employees such as processing payroll and
allocation of leaves.
Coordinate with all departments for general administration support to help out the
organization.
Provide support in a spectrum of HR functions, including compensation and benefits, training
and development, payroll processing; Support and participate in HR projects; Play an active
role in implementation of HR strategies and policies; Review HR policies and processes for
continuous improvementsr and run the day-to-day HR functions for Business Units as
assigned.


Requirement:

O Level or 5 years HR experience; Hands-on experience in payroll processing;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Highly driven, positive and enjoy working in a
fast-paced environment;
Good understanding of local labour legislations - Employment Act, CPF and IRAS statutory
requirements, etc;
Able to maintain strict confidentiality with regard to sensitive information;
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
