ZICOM GROUP, who offers services mainly in the marine, oil & gas and construction industries, acquired 100% of Sys-Mac Automation Engineering Pte Ltd in June 2008. Zicom Group has strong presence in Australia, Singapore, Thailand, China, Indonesia as well as the Middle East. Zicom Group Limited is listed in the ASX.

PT. SYS-MAC INDONESIA was set up in year 2002 primarily for the expansion of Sys-Mac’s manufacturing and fabrication facilities. Till date, PT. Sys-Mac is also able to offer Engineering and Automation solutions for our customers. Located in Batam Island, Indonesia, the close proximity between the 2 plants allow efficient and fast support for our range of services.

MTA-SYSMAC AUTOMATION PTE LTD was acquired by Sys-Mac Automation Engineering Pte Ltd in Jan 2007. MTA-Sysmac is a cooperation between Sys-Mac and Missouri Tooling & Automation (MTA), a company based in Missouri, United States.
