Software Engineer (PLC/HMI Programmer)

Responsibilities:

Writing and troubleshooting PLC ladder diagram. Knowledge of AB, Omron, Mitsubishi will be
an added advantage.
Writing and troubleshooting HMI. Knowledge of SCADA, HP ImaCs and PAMA will be an
added advantage.
Execute of circuit design according to electrical ISO/DIN standard.
Prepare circuit diagram for wiring execution. Knowledge of CAD will be an added advantage.
Prepare Bill of Material (BOM).
Liaise with the Design Engineer for the electrical circuit and software development of the
project.
Liaise with the Project Engineer for the execution of electrical wiring of the project.
Initiate Purchase Request (PR) on order of electrical components to be used for the project.
Initiate Change Notice Request (NCR) for change of circuit design.
Prepare of Machine I/O testing list for the project.
Prepare of Machine Operation Manual (Electrical) for the project.
Maintain proper project documentation.

Requirement:

At least Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
At least 2 years relevant experience in Automation project.
Ability to design electrical circuit, perform electrical calculation.
Able to perform assigned tasks independently or through team activities.
Self-motivated, highly resourceful and organized.
Knowledge of SolidWorks 3D CAD software.
Willing to travel overseas for assignments.
